Stephen Harrison is the sole proprietor of Stephen Harrison Attorney, a general legal practice, with a focus on public interest law.
 
His educational background and professional career has been at the interface of public law and public health, with experience in the government, parastatal, non-governmental organisation and higher education sectors. 

 He has gained knowledge and experience in, amongst other things: public policy development and advocacy, health sector regulation, medical law and ethics, legislative drafting, and strategic management.

In collaboration with other entities, he has provided consultancy services in fields as diverse as alcohol harms reduction, local government monitoring and support, neonatal and obstetric care systems, national health insurance, housing and human settlements, and conservation. 

His qualifications include:
